Michaël ZERBIB
Michaël runs MZ LAW since 2011. He has an experience of 20 years in French, Luxemburguish and International tax and business law.
He advises individuals and companies on cross-borders operations for tax optimization schemes, private equity, regulated or unregulated investment vehicles (Investment funds, SIFs, SICARs, SOPARFIs and SPFs), M&A/corporate, wealth structuring, and life insurance contracts.
He spent several years in major law firms in Paris, Big 4 in Luxembourg then became the Tax director of an international oriented fiduciary company in Luxembourg.
